Scope is written into every quotation, so there is never a debate about what was promised. For design & site survey you can expect:

How we work
Enquiry & consultation. Share your requirement on call, WhatsApp or the form — we respond within one working day with questions that matter and a budget range.
Free site assessment. A senior technician (not a salesperson) visits, laser-measures and photographs the site, and flags anything that affects cost or method.
Written proposal. You receive an itemised quotation with material specs, timeline and payment milestones. What's written is what's billed.
Execution with QC. Work proceeds against a checklist; you can ask to see it at any stage. Sites are protected and cleaned daily.
Testing & handover. Operation and water tests are done in front of you, the checklist is signed, and warranty documents are handed over.

Initial consultation and site assessment are free within our core service area of Mahendragarh, Narnaul and nearby Mahendragarh district towns. Outstation visits carry a nominal charge adjusted against your order.

How do you ensure quality?
Every job follows a written checklist: survey → drawing approval → fabrication QC → installation QC → water/operation testing → signed handover. You receive the checklist copy.
What payment terms do you follow?
Typically an advance with order confirmation, a milestone payment at material delivery, and the balance after successful handover testing. GST invoicing is standard.
