Do you provide free site visits?
Yes. Site measurement and consultation are free within Narnaul, Mahendragarh and Rewari; Gurugram surveys are scheduled twice a week. For distant sites we adjust a nominal visit charge against your order.
What is the typical delivery time?
Standard windows and doors are installed within 7–12 working days of measurement approval. Larger façade, ACP or partition packages are scheduled milestone-wise and committed in writing.
Do your products carry a warranty?
Yes — 10 years on aluminium sections and powder coating, 5 years on uPVC profiles, and 1–2 years on hardware and rollers, all backed by our own local service team.
