1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website and services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Quotations & Orders

All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of advance payment as per the payment schedule.

3. Payment Terms

Standard payment terms are 50% advance, 40% before delivery, and 10% after installation. We accept cash, cheque, bank transfer, UPI, and credit/debit cards.

4. Delivery & Installation

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on material availability and site readiness. Installation scheduling requires advance notice.

5. Warranty

We provide 10-year warranty on frames, 5-year on hardware, and 1-year on glass against manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or natural disasters.

6. Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before manufacturing begins with full refund. Once production starts, a 20% cancellation fee applies. Custom products cannot be cancelled once production has started.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
